New To Yoga

We will have a private consultation to discuss basic facts about yoga and what a private session will entail.  Also if you have any physical limitations or injuries.  Each session will be at your own pace with your body and breath.  We will work together to build the basic poses of yoga into a  regular practice that meets your goals.  Each session will end with a deep relaxation.

Have Some Experiences with Yoga

After a brief consultation, we will review basic vinyasa poses that are designed for your personal needs.  We will begin to connect the poses together with the body and the breath, building strength with standing postures and your core.  Each session will end with a deep relaxation.

Have A Regular Practice

We will consult to discuss what your personal goals are with having a private lesson.  Reviewing poses, working on advanced postures, building strength through standing postures and working on flexibility and meditation through deep relaxation.

Yoga for Sports

Private or group sessions for anyone in any type of athletic field who would like to increase their flexibility, balance, and focus.

Restorative Or Chair

Private sessions that move at a very slow pace, with a deep focus on breathing and relaxing in the pose. We will be using a number of props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters and straps. Each session will be geared towards issues with physical limitations or injuries,   With limitations, sometimes getting on the floor is not accessible, so we will doing each pose sitting in a chair but also welcoming a number of props. All natural Aromatherapy scents and oils are also available per request.
