Have Some Experiences with YogaAfter a brief consultation, we will review basic vinyasa poses that are designed for your personal needs. We will begin to connect the poses together with the body and the breath, building strength with standing postures and your core. Each session will end with a deep relaxation.

Restorative Or ChairPrivate sessions that move at a very slow pace, with a deep focus on breathing and relaxing in the pose. We will be using a number of props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters and straps. Each session will be geared towards issues with physical limitations or injuries, With limitations, sometimes getting on the floor is not accessible, so we will doing each pose sitting in a chair but also welcoming a number of props. All natural Aromatherapy scents and oils are also available per request.
